The Yankees will have to settle for just five All-Stars after all.

The Bronx Bombers had a chance to increse their All-Star total to six, as shortstop Didi Gregorius was listed as one of the final selections for the AL’s Final Vote. However, Gregorius fell short, losing to Kansas City Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas.

While Gregorius won’t be heading to Miami, Aaron Judge, Gary Sanchez, Starlin Castro, Luis Severino and Dellin Betances were all selected to the AL All-Star team.
