Trail Blazers joke on Twitter about getting blown out by Warriors

Post date:

The Warriors may be the best team in the league, but the Trail Blazers have the best social media account.

Golden State dropped the hammer down on Portland Monday night to complete the series sweep, but the Trail Blazers’ Twitter account still managed to have a little fun with it.

As the Warriors closed out the third quarter with a 106-80 lead, the Trail Blazers tweeted out a graphic which showed Blazers 80, Warriors ENOUGH.

They certainly had a point, as the fourth quarter was meaningless with the starters taking a seat on the bench with just over six minutes left in the quarter.

Steph Curry led the charge with 37 points and eight assists and Draymond Green finished with 21 points and eight rebounds as the final tally was 128-103.

The Warriors may have embarrassed the Trail Blazers but at least the folks running their social media still have a sense of humor.
