We’re learning more about this horrible case.

On August 1, 17-year-olds Natalie Henderson and Carter Davis were shot and killed behind a Publix grocery store in Roswell, Georgia.

Carter was found shirtless and was posed with his arms outstretched, while Natalie was found completely naked and staged in a “sexually suggestive” position.

On Friday, their alleged murderer Jeffrey Hazelwood appeared in court for a probable cause hearing.

During the hearing, Roswell Police Detective Jennifer Bennett broke down describing the events of that fateful night.

While on the stand, the official explained that the 20-year-old confessed he watched the teens “for some time,” while they were in the back of Natalie’s SUV together.

The investigator told the Fulton County courtroom that Jeffrey eventually walked up to the vehicle and demanded the teens get out.

But, when he opened the door, he told Jennifer that Carter fought back. The suspected killer explained to detectives he became afraid of the lacrosse player, so he pistol-whipped him and shot him in the head.

Detective Henderson testified that Jeffrey then demanded Natalie get out of the car and strip naked. He claims he sexually assaulted her with his hands.

Jennifer began to cry as she explained the alleged shooter told the girl to put her hands on the SUV, and spanked her before shooting her in the head.

So awful.

The officer testified that the suspected killer apparently stole a revolver from his grandfather, which was found in his car at the time of his arrest.

He had reportedly been living with his grandparents until they recently kicked him out.

Jeffrey is being charged with two counts of felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault, and theft, as well as one count of possession of a firearm, identity fraud, and sexual assault.

Hazelwood’s legal team is arguing that he suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Judge Karen Woodson ruled the case will be heard by a grand jury on September 9.
