According to court papers, the judge ruled that the blonde will face questions from her estranged husband’s attorneys on August 6, regarding her request for a permanent restraining order from her former flame.

The 30-year-old wanted the legal protection after filing for divorce from the A-lister, and alleging that he had physically abused her throughout their time together.

The 53-year-old’s team had tried to depose the actress last month, but a judge denied the request because his laywers didn’t give Miz Heard enough notice.

Plus, their June hearing ended up being postponed.

We’re curious to see how the deposition goes during this next stage in their messy split.
