Ellie Goulding is NOT in a good place at the moment!
Per the report, Goulding wants to give fans the BEST show possible so she’s sidelining herself until she makes a full recovery. The beauty hopes to bounce back with a combination of exercise and natural remedies.
An insider revealed to the mag:
“Ellie’s body clock is completely out of sync and she has found herself lying awake in bed most nights unable to get to sleep. All the traveling through random time zones has messed with her system. She just can’t get to sleep at night, and even when she’s back in England the insomnia is sapping her energy. She’s worried about it as she doesn’t want to be tired before going on stage. She’s a professional and wants to give her fans the best performances possible.”
Aww! That doesn’t sound fun at all. It’s nice to hear E.G. is taking the time to reset, especially considering Heath Ledger‘s death was partially caused by exhaustion and the pills he took to cope with insomnia.
Luckily for Ellie, she’s doing all she can do to be back at the top of her game:
“Ellie’s had a couple of weeks off now and is hoping she can beat her insomnia through exercise and natural remedies.”
Here’s to hoping Ms. Goulding overcomes her health issues ASAP! Get better, girl!
